In a hostel room with an ex CIA consultant

Soon after I entered my hostel room in Munich, an old man opened the door and looked around for his assigned bed. He started talking to me with a clear American accent. He showed me his anti-snoring device and then asked me where I was from. I told him that I am from Romania and he replied that he has been there, listing a few of the major cities he’s visited and then conveyed to me that he had been to more than 100 countries. I asked him how he could afford to travel that much and he said that he was retired, but that he used to work for NASA as an engineer. “NASA?” I asked. “Yes, and I was also involved with all the other major intelligence agencies”. I was very surprised and excited with all sorts of questions arising in my mind, but I reserved a certain dose of skepticism at first.

He kept on going about how he was involved with the military, how the FBI does all sorts of internal crimes (not being clear at all if they are the ones who try to prevent them or the ones who are carrying them out) and how the CIA is involved with foreign affairs, continuing talking about the role of the NSA and that of the Defense Intelligence Agency. “The DIA?” I asked. “Yes, not many people know about this one” he said. “Well, I do” I replied, not mentioning that I came to know about it through the Stargate Project which focused on remote viewing.

He was telling me how he got recruited without any credentials, which he got afterwards, and that his son was in a top government position only with a high school diploma. One of the first questions that came to my mind was “do you have any security clearances?” To which he replied “Yes I have and my son has even more and he is at a top secret level”. It was a jackpot for me and I got extremely hooked in the conversation that followed.

He continued to talk about his family and how he had a high IQ, 154, but that was actually the lowest in his family which made him the black sheep. He was extremely gifted verbally. It was as if words were just flowing extremely fast from his mouth, as a well structured stream of consciousness, with a lot of highly complex sets of information that only an insider would have.

It was really surreal for me, but I became convinced that he really was who he said he was, as all the info that he was giving me matched what I already knew about geopolitics, spies, clearances and American military bases.

The temptation for me was to go directly to my point of interest and ask him if he knew anything about UFOs and anti-gravity, but I waited for him to discharge all the information that he was giving me without me intervening too much. He was talking about his connection to Hollywood, how he dealt with celebrities, about a Russian woman he didn’t know if he was still married to or not and how when he would cross the border of any country he had a free pass whenever his name appeared on the screen for border security control.

He told me his full name when he gave me this last detail. I won’t mention it because I don’t want to be blacklisted, but I will call him Mr MK.

Mr MK said to me that he was present when major events were happening. He told me about his presence in the war in Afghanistan, the changing of the regime leader from Chavez to Maduro in Venezuela and something about Iran, probably the islamic revolution if I recall correctly. I asked him: “What about 9/11? Where were you then?” And he replied “I was very close and a few of my students died on that day” with his tone becoming more serious all of a sudden.

As we entered conspiracy theories territory, after letting him speak a bit more about himself, I finally decided to ask him the big question. I said “As you have a lot of security clearances I wanted to ask you something a bit more fringe, if that’s fine.” To which he replies “Yes, unless it’s a conspiracy theory like the one saying that we never went to the Moon.” “No no, not that kind of nonsense, but I wanted to ask you what you know about UFOs considering all that has happened recently, particularly with David Grusch”. There was a moment of silence and he asked me “Drusch? Or Grusch with a G?”

“Grusch with a G” I repeated.

He didn’t seem to be aware of it or didn’t want to talk about this specific area, but he went back in time mentioning the Roswell incident claiming that it happened in 1946. I didn’t correct him, I didn't say that it actually happened in 1947 and let him continue his train of thought, claiming that the phenomenon seemed to spike starting with 1951 which corresponded with the development of certain secret US aerospace tech and vehicles.

“So you’re saying it’s a psyop to distract from that?” I asked. He said yes and I replied “I don’t think you can reduce it to that”. And he seemed to agree, as he continued mentioning Lockheed Martin and their tech development to which I said “Well, Lockheed is one of those aerospace companies which are suspected to have in their possession exotic advanced craft which they are reverse engineering” to which he said “yes yes, of course.” And then he said that there were three major leaps in technology in the past century which cannot be explained simply by thinking that it’s just the natural development of human technical and scientific knowledge. He mentioned something about radio waves which I am not able to replicate here in detail and stopped there. I asked “What about the other two?”. And he said “I won’t tell you about them for your own safety”. I didn’t insist.

He then mentioned Area 51, saying that whatever is recovered is not taken there, but to Wright Patterson AFB, which of course functioned as the headquarters for the older UFO programs: project Sign, project Grudge and project Blue Book. I tried to tell him also about the Los Alamos lab in New Mexico, that there are claims of recovered material and biologics that were transported there from the 1953 Kingman, Arizona incident but he didn’t seem to be too aware of that fact and went on talking a little bit about some details about Los Alamos instead. I decided not to mention S4 and Bob Lazar who was connected to Los Alamos as well because I wasn’t sure how he would react to me mentioning him. So I chose to be cautious and I had to go buy something to eat as everything was closing and I had not dined yet that evening.

I went to buy a sandwich and when I was returning to the room I had a question about anti-gravity in my mind. I kept it for myself as I let him talk once again more and more about himself. He started talking about what he was working on, meaning screenplays for some Netflix shows which he hoped that his niece who was working at that streaming company would help him bring to life.

Before getting into this topic he mentioned to me that he had never seen a ghost, nor a UFO, but he was open to the idea. And his screenplays, ironically enough, were about ghosts and space travel to Mars. If you’ll ever see a movie or a TV series called Children of Mars on Netflix, keep in mind that it was born in the imagination of Mr MK first and foremost.

His script was all about how we could actually get to Mars with the proper propulsion system and tech which would protect us from radiation and with the proper strategy for colonizing the red planet. His idea was to send young intelligent teenagers instead of adults, because the difference in gravity would negatively affect the bone structure of someone who is still growing less than that of someone who is already formed and decaying.

Mr MK was very critical of Elon Musk and his efforts to get to Mars with conventional propulsion systems, which is actually very understandable. He mentioned the innovative plasma and electromagnetic based VASIMR propulsion system developed by the Ad Astra Rocket Company as a viable solution against cosmic radiation. Once again, I decided not to enquire about anti-gravity yet.

From here on the conversation shifted to politics and geopolitics. Mr MK had previously told me that he worked either as a contractor or a consultant for the CIA and any other agency which needed his services. He told me that whenever they required his assistance they would give him a call and he would be where they needed him to be. Often he was already in the countries where his job was to be done as he was constantly travelling around the world. I didn’t understand exactly what his job required and I got actually quite worried when I found out.

Mr MK had really interesting stories about how he got the intel about the Shah having cancer from some Iranian pharmacists in Paris. He mentioned to me that all the dictators from around the world would either go to Paris, to Switzerland and to London for medical treatment, which checked with what I knew. That’s how those pharmacists probably knew about the Shah. He reported this info to Jimmy Carter who didn't act upon it at all.

Yet it’s not these types of stories which worried me, but those where he mentioned that he was tasked with taking out specific targets, often political, at least I imagine. He told me that he wanted to take out Trump, but he couldn’t do it because he was an elected official. He wanted to take out Viktor Orban, but he couldn’t do it for the same reason. He wanted to take out the current secretary of war Pete Hegseth, which he was still tempted to do. Then he told me that he really wants to take out Alex Jones. I told him “But he turned against Trump.” To which he told me that it wasn’t for his support for Trump, but for what he did at Sandy Hook which made the whole thing personal.

This worried me a lot. Suddenly I realized I was talking with a paid assassin, someone who was tasked to eliminate targets and was very skilled at doing so, as he proved to me that he had a very high IQ and I was there with him, in the same room, about to go to sleep in the bed next to his.

I tried to figure out what kind of person he was. The conversation between two ex CIA officers on the Danny Jones podcast came to mind: John Kiriakou, the ex CIA morally principled whistleblower who went public under Obama with information of a secret program that involved torture in 2012 and Andrew Bustamante, a firm believer in the American Dream and in the idea that the end justifies the means in a highly morally relativistic fashion. With this in mind I asked him “Are you above the law?” He replied “No, I just do what they tell me, I don’t act on my own for selfish reasons.” I then mentioned John Kiriakou and also Edward Snowden as someone who acted on principle, but against the interest of the government.

He kinda ignored the moral dilemma I was posing to him and he said that Snowden did something right, but also something very wrong when he decided to stay in Moscow. I told him that his intention was not to remain there, but that he was going to Venezuela as a political refugee and the only reason why he stayed in Russia was because his passport was revoked by the US authorities as he was in an airport in Moscow ready to board a flight for South America.

He agreed with me, but he also told me that he had an opportunity to take Snowden out in case he spilled too much info that he wasn’t supposed to make public or share with foreign adversaries. That terrified me as I view Snowden as a heroic figure with high moral integrity and I wouldn’t be happy at all to hear that such a personality who is now a symbol for principle over self interest is taken out by the same man that I am sharing a room with.

A German fellow roommate entered the room. Mr MK continued talking about taking out people as if it was a normal thing to talk about even when strangers were around. I tried to end the conversation in order not to disturb the other roommate and also to let him sleep.

We were woken up the next day by the snoring of another obese guy who came in the room during the night. “The snoring is pathetic” said Mr MK loudly to me. I agreed and the guy who was snoring next to him in the same bed was totally unaware and oblivious.

I got off the bed, took a shower and got dressed to leave the hostel for another location. I talked a bit more with Mr MK. I told him to make a little recap of what he said to me yesterday to see if I remembered everything correctly. I was tempted to activate the voice recorder on my phone to have something from him directly, but I didn’t do it because I felt it was too risky and not morally right.

I finally asked him about anti-gravity, Thomas Towsend Brown and NASA experiments on electrogravitics, but to my disappointment he reiterated the conversation to VASIMR and told me that he didn’t know much about anti-gravity.

My last question was about how he was so open with me about all of those things which were actually really incriminating for himself. He told me that he didn't tell me anything specific and that he was very careful about the kind of information he was revealing. I asked him about him getting his hands dirty on his missions and he seemed to take a distance from this way of putting it by saying that his methods were very stealthy and clean. He said to me that he wasn't an assassin, he didn't view himself as one. But that felt just like a sophistic attempt to live with the fact that he was tasked with committing murder on behalf of the US government.

I didn't tell him what I actually thought. I wished him good luck after talking a bit more and left the hostel with a very strange feeling of having peeked into the intricate world of power, realpolitik and profound human corruption.
